I agree Myron, the buy signal for me was 3/25, candle stick wise, and the neckline fake out. The downtrend from the H and S was also broken and the 89's are starting north... so, who knows, this could be the beginning of a strong move. Q+ does not have vol... how does that look?

now to STAY above the 200SMA...

Myron,

That's the ticket.
The brief dip below that H&S neck line has become the head of an inverted H&S. 403 is the value of the neck line on it. The 50 dMA is also at the neck line. A quick right shoulder here and the technicals will lead a breakout. It may not be a major move off the break out but it'll at least be sumthin'.
