BIG NEWS...MONDAY!!

The company told me this afternoon Randy Selman, President of Visual Data will appear on CNBC Monday at 11:45am for 4 1/2 minutes:))

In addition, activity at the company ranging from analyst inquiries to content owners requesting channel spots on videoviewer is tremendous. They continue to be very selective in allocating channels in an effort to remain consistent with the integrity of the videoviewer.(High Quality no Noise)

Yahoo awarded Hotelview a four star recognition for quality on site...I would imagine Yahoo is recognizing the overall value VDAT has to offer the portal's customers, this being an example:))IMO

The company continues to reiterate the superior server infrastructure provided by ITVU over RNWK, and is looking forward to completion of transition to exclusive ITVU distribution support. When you examine the unique positioning of VDAT and ITVU along with broadband rollout culminating in Interactive TV over the next few years, I increasingly expect the market to reward VDAT with a market cap comparable to BCST and RNWK. Afterall, when you really look at specifics and talk to the company about their business model, BCST in comparison to VDAT in all seriousness seems like just an "antennae". All IMHO:))

Cheers,
Jeff

Gary,

Insiders are still locked up, until 7/30/99 (check the IPO filing if you want verification). It's hard to buy when you've got every cent you have locked up in the company and you're only taking out $130K per year in salary, as the top execs are.

So you won't see any insider sales, or likely any significant buys, until at least July.

Regards,

Fund
