The only people listed are people who wanted to sell under Rule 144. I know many of those people and there's nothing scurrilous here ... they simply need the money. If you have restricted stock and have any intention of selling, you must make that publicly known. My understanding is some actually declared that intent 6 months ago ... and it's just now being reported. <shrug> Just because you filed an intent ... doesn't mean you actually sold. Others, like me ... simply held our PP stock through to expiration date which was April 1, 1999. I have since signed and deposited my certificate with my broker as I understand they have to get a new cert without the restriction language even though it's expired ... and that takes some time. Richard is correct in saying the play here is to be able to sell your stock to exercise your warrants. Of course the stock needs to be North of $2 which is the strike price of the warrants. re: CL ... my understanding is that while he listed his "intent" to sell, very little was sold ... which he has since bought back some of it. Normally, I think this is no one's business except Frank's ... but I've had several people ask me about it. I don't know if everyone on the list actually executed a sale or not. I hesitate to call investors involved in a PP "insiders" ... not hardly! We just bellied up to the bar and took some risk.
