Anyone got a bead on which other oil drillers Morgan Stanley raised? Thanks!

Maria now says FLC was upgraded to an Outperform (contradicts what she said earlier about a BUY). She mentioned something to the effect that Morgan feels the worst of FLC's problems are behind it (not her exact words). Very interesting that Morgan upgrades now. They downgraded FLC Feb. 1 from strong buy to neutral (approximately the same stock price as today), with these comments: Lovoi said he cut the oil drilling companies to focus on the bigger international names in the group, to position Morgan Stanley to take a more offensive position on the group in the second half of 1999 and to highlight the better-performing companies, such as Schlumberger.
