Ontario Deal and Higher Than Projected New Sales Drive Total Q1 Revenues Over One Million Dollars
A province-wide purchase, 361 new site sales, and several small government contracts will push revenues to over $1,040,000 in Q1. "The Ontario deal bolstered revenues in our traditionally slow first quarter," says Doug Manning, CEO, Bridges.com. "Our Q1 achievements have taken us more than 20 per cent of the way towards our 1999 revenue goal of $4,800,000."
The Ontario Ministry of Education purchased one-year subscriptions for 750 English public schools in February. Several small contracts totaling $45,000 were also signed. Over $444,000 was earned from 361 new site sales, as well as $50,200 in resubscription revenues. Final Q1 financial figures will be available in Bridges.com's First Quarter Report, due out later this month.
