Hi Jim,

I don't follow BMCS, but a quick look indicates that it is slightly
undervalued based on long term growth projections. My valuations tend to be on the conservative side. Given the beaten down nature of the sector, I would have to say that you show make your decision
based on your opinion of management. Good management is required to acquire and retain IT employees as there is a shortage of trained people. That is what will constrains a company's ability to grow right now

If you want to play it save I would wait for the earnings release and CC call for CATP and KEA next week on April 15. CATP is considered a bellweather for the contract program side as t he pioneered the fixed price contract.

I am looking at CPWR myself right now. From the current level I
think that 24 is possible as a near term target based on fundamental valuations and the chart.

It does not look like a lot of institutions buying right now:

Jim,

I bot BMCS ca. 31 yesterday and sold today ca. 35... Usually I expect 2-3 day pops on this, so target might be 37-38 tomorrow or Monday, then consolidation and test for second bull phase.

Jim,

The AFCI thread is indicating an earnings release of April 14 before the open. This is the some day as ADTN. From memory they are normally not the same. I will call Monday to confirm the earnings release date and conference call number. It is normally live only. There is no replay.
