I received my proxy materials this a.m., too. Here's a little more info from the packet which I didn't notice had been posted before: "In order to expedite your vote and avoid a trip to the Post Office, you may use a touch-tone telephone to give us your voting instructions. Dial 1-800-454-8683 and follow the simple instructions. Should you elect to use the touch-tone telephone voting option, you do not need to send back the Voting Instruction Form; keep it for your records."
