As far as cable prices:
@Home in my city is $48.00 a month, and the extra modem we have is an extra $48.00 a month. I recently had electricians come install wiring so we could have a network instead and only pay one @Home charge a month and that cost around $350. I haven't yet called the computer place that installs the network cards but can't wait to pay that bill.
@Home needs to get their act together and lower prices in this city. I've told many friends about @Home because it's fast and my kids love it but they're not interested after hearing how much more expensive it is than AOL.
