Mike, These numbers are what I thought were weak last quarter:

Accounts Receivable:

Q2 21,000 Q3 23,307 Q4 30,375

Deferred Revenue:

Q2 15,559 Q3 15,802 Q4 17,062

Granted, they were not dramatic changes, but they were significant
increases in trend.

With regard for projections for Q2'99, you are right, they were being
conservative. The stock has taken a hit, & it is too late to do
anything about that. If they keep the revenue benchmark down it will
be easier to match or beat going forward.

The good news is, they say they will make full year '99 numbers.
This implies an acceleration in revenues and earnings in Q2,3,4.
