I took the leap into ORCL after its previous 50% plunge from it highs over a year ago...wich I had taken some profits at 40+, but what the hell, still in the black.

There are very few bargains in the tech sector right now. Something tells me ORCL along with all the ERP companies and others will bounce around these levels for a while until Y2K fears are out of the way. Then, once this anxiety has passed, it's off to the moon.

Could probably buy a basket of software stocks along with ORCL over the next couple of weeks and be rewarded big time a year from now.

The risk/reward ration looks a lot better with ORCL than with dumping more $$$$'s into AOL that's for sure.
