Dave,

To push it to and over 60, I would think that there must be killer earnings AND a split announcement. Short of that, 55 will probably be the options expiration target, which is next Friday. Any pullback would be an opportunity to get in with more shares, or sell more puts.

This all depends on the quality of the earnings, and the forecast from management on the health of the company, and future prospects for those earnings.

IMHO.

I think a sell-off is a good bet. Monday's breakout was not on very good volume, compared to previous breakouts. The huge run-up in the last half hour of trading today probably incates a lot of speculators hoping for a blowout quarter. Since VTSS is very predictable they will probably only beat estimates by a penny or two, which may not be enough to keep the speculators from dumping in the morning.

My bet is a quick gap up to 59 or so, followed by a big sell-off to the 54-55 range. We've seen it before.

Long term VTSS continues to be an excellent growth stock, but it has never been a good earnings play.
