NATO has limited sorties to 50 per day. The Serbs can just wait till their CPA says it's okay to go out for the day. Every paramilitary troop shouldn't be caught without one.

Neocon, Ya got to get with the "spin". NATO people now claim that "they expected Slobodon to start ethnic cleansing after the bombing started". The story used to be that they never expected him to do this. Looks like NATO has learned a little bit about spin and blame shifting from our President. What next? -John
