Well I guess the MM's think so . .
The ask typically goes up .01 at a time
This morning it went from .71 to .74 which never happend in a couple of weeks . .. News has got to be pretty close . .

If they beat the .03 estimate, it will run/hold its own. But the FY99 performance has very little to do with the SETO of today. It is the words in the 10K that talk to fy 2000 and beyond that will ultimately determine the direction for SETO.
