By George, I think I've got it!
Finally a count from the October low that makes some sense
Eurica!

The count is the clearest on the NYSE composite chart:

Extended 1 from the October low to 11/27
2 is a Very clear zig zag ABC to the December low on 12/14
3 is shorter then 1 ending on 1/8 (59.37 points)
4 is OVERLAPPING the 1 ending 2/10 at 574.64
5 is a 3-3-3-3-3 ending diagonal that MUST be shorter then the 3 and therefore the upper bound is 574.64 + 59.36 = 634.00
1 of 5 is a 123 move to 2/24
2 of 5 to 3/3
3 of 5 again 123 to 3/19
4 of 5 OVERLAPPING again to 3/24
5 of 5 should also be a 123
1 of 5 of 5 to 3/29
2 of 5 of 5 to 4/1
3 of 5 of 5 is completing its course right now.

In the words of a dead poet:

This is the end, my friend.

P.S.

OTOH, if we break NYSE 634.00 then the count is null and void.

P.S. #2

I know I see top around each corner, but I have to call'em as I see'em.
