Should we expect the EU to approve the deal today or might there me an extension?

Thank you O Mighty. Gary, myself and BR have started focusing on a similar situation in the software arena. Namely ORCL, NETA and SAP. I have started collecting info on all of them. Basic illness is that all are being thrown out due to lack of revenue growth visibility on account of product transitions and Y2K lockdowns. Same story different players.
