100 percent true. But doesn't justify Serbia's acts, any more than our legalization of slavery 200 years ago could be used to justify slavery today.

What it does prove is that the Serbs are not unhuman -- they are doing what humans, including Americans, have done for thousands of years. They are acting entirely humanly. Though not humanely, any more than we did.
