Walter, the big boys will always know ahead of time what is
likely to happen to a stock. That is one of the perks one gets for
investing millions in a company and it is that way with every stock,
not just Wind River. The best us little guys can do is either follow
on their coattails or try to outguess them. If you do your DD you
will be on the winning side more often than not.

Credit Suisse First Boston just came out with a strong buy on Wind.

My take is that the "bug boys" sold because there wasn't any news. It was the vacuum that sucked the stock down, at least this last week. Ron apologized for not making an announcement saying there was some need for a quiet period before the deal was done.
