>>NETA will probably announce a stock buy back any day now<<

Dont know, This usually kills the weak companies since funds are ready to hand over their shares. Hasent stopped SYMC from bleeding to death either and some others went out of business from spending their cash on stock buybacks instead of spending it on resources.

Such a large horde of cash is a virtual magnet for lawyers.

Companies keep financial guarantee insurance for these kinds of cases. It's called omissions and errors insurance(O&E).

The best use of cash is to grow the company in a prudent manner. Spending the cash on R&D, bolstering the sales force and making strategic acquisitions seems to be much more likely to pay off long term than to return it to shareholders.
