So to capitulate the proceedings, Arif refused to address or answer any questions pertaining to the lies and fraud he has committed in the past year. What a disgrace. He refuses to discuss the true and accurate financial condition of the company with shareholders in which shareholders are entitled to. So what does this CEO do? Print shares and rape the company for 500 grand or better per year. What a disgrace.
