GI's development activities will encompass CPE solutions to support AT&T's VoIP application. GI's suite of industry-standard communication gateway solutions includes stand-alone Broadband Telephony Interface (BTI) terminals and integrated BTI solutions for the DOCSIS-based SURFboard® high-speed cable modem and the DCT-5000+ advanced digital set-top terminal. The DCT-5000+ with built-in cable modem will be available under GI's agreements to supply over 15 million digital set-top terminals, over a 3-5 year period, to AT&T and other leading cable system operators under the industry's Open Cable specifications. -------------------------------
