Definitely possible. However, FNTN CEO Michael Sheppard has stated several times that he is not looking for a short term win like that. He believes that long term it's much better for them to stay independent.

Siemens' philosophy appears to be to stick tightly to its core operations. That's why it sold off part of its business to CTIG, a profitable OTC-BB, but it provides moral and actual support to CTIG as it continues to service Siemens' customers.
