Michael - regarding the info, I work it off memory when they 1st announced the divorce. The President of SB at the time said that SB decided not to renew the contract with AOL b/c AOL wanted more money but he felt SB didn't get the bang for the buck while the original one was in force. Of course, back then, making money was still a meaningful paradigm. In case you don't know, AOL was - probably still is - the minority shareholder [$3MM] of SB.
