Sometimes it is SI at fault, sometimes not. Ask your isp to check their internet path to SI....it may be travelling through really congested routes....the isp can change that for you. I have had to do that in the past. SI is ok for me today.

I'm on the backbone with no isp. SI seems a little sluggish but not too bad.

Dawg, Yesterday my connection to my Level II went away one hour before the close. Turned out to be a bad router on the LII's provider AT&T. It was fixed within 3 hrs.
