But I have to say this. If a person knows they don't have the time to research and do responsible TA, a good broker should be employed. One should interview the broker for ethics and how or if they execute a plan. Not just for stocks but for the market as well. What is their methodology for example. Do they use TA as well as fundamentals. What do they do if the market goes defensive. Do they go to cash. Things like that. A good broker can be found and should be used if one doesn't understand the market. This is my opinion. :-)
