If ATHM's cable partners(i.e..Comcast) exercise their right to renege on the exclusivity contracts they must sell their ATHM shares back to @Home for $.50/share
As I understand it the exclusivity contracts as origionally written would become invalid with a change of ownership of TCI. This has of course occured. I wonder what the status is now.
