"Biggest problem - a lot of competition and people can switch when they get lousy service." Yes, there's lots of competition, but E*Trade has a solid lead in most areas and is competitive in the others. Switching from one brokerage to another is really a big hassle I've found. It's not like switching from Yahoo to Excite and creating a new custom home page. I think the "stickiness" of the assets in brokerage accounts are some of the most stable customers on the web. This is another BIG reason that the new account number is the key to all these stocks. Till later, E
