Try going to Edgar. Summit sold their centers to LCAV and hence their large holding of LCAV shares. The stock will need to be registered and a call to investor relations confirms they have no plans to sell it.

I am long in both and if BEAM sold LCAV shares, it will have consequences on my LCAV holdings.

It is in the Reporting information. When they sold the Vision Centers they received 16 million shares. 7 million were distributed to Beam Shareholders at that time, so I received a few. They kept 9 million shares on the books. With LCAV up almost 1 buck today to 6, this investment is worth over 50 million. It's a hidden gem.
