John, Why did the market respond so negatively to this announcement. I do not think the "market" was reacting to the announcement. The stock opened up on the day and was knocked down on very little volume about 10:15 or so. Well after the opening and the news. My opinion is that we had a seller dumping at market. Phoenix still owns over a million sahres of XION and that is coming to life at last. That is of course good news! I almost bought @ 2 3/4 just a few days ago. (Still might be worth a play?) I suspect (and hope) that we will improve in the next few days. Marc
