Hal, my point was that they now can spin off the data systems, if they wanted to, which they couldn't do before. By separating the DST business into a separate business, it will be much easier to see whether the division is pulling its own weight, even if they don't sell it. And if it starts showing explosive growth, and the urge strikes them, they can either IPO it or sell the division. I was certainly not encouraging them to spin it off now, but rather pointing out that it would now be possible when the time is right. Carl
