(COMTEX) B: LA Group, Inc "ONTV" Announces Revenue-Sharing Agreement
B: LA Group, Inc "ONTV" Announces Revenue-Sharing Agreement With Entertainment
Boulevard

ROCHESTER, NY (April 8) BUSINESS WIRE -April 8, 1999--LA Group Inc.,
(OTC-BB symbol: ONTV - news) operator of the Ronco website
(www.ronco.com) and Seen on TV (www.seenontv.com) today announced that
it has expanded its relationship for the Ronco website www.ronco.com by
entering into a revenue-sharing agreement with Entertainment Boulevard
(NASD OTCBB: EBLD) operator of entertainment websites including Vidnet,
Screen Clips, and Pro Sports Net.

Entertainment Boulevard is expanding the audience of the extremely
lucrative infomercial television arena by creating Netfomercial
(www.netfomercial.com), featuring on-line streaming video infomercials
which present products ranging from fitness to auto to home.

Entertainment Boulevard will broadcast infomercials of Ronco products
over the Netfomercial website. Viewers will be able to enjoy
two-to-five minute infomercials of Ronco products prior to purchasing
them, and in exchange Entertainment Boulevard will receive a percentage
of the purchase price of each product sold. In addition, Entertainment
Boulevard will develop and host a pop-up player to be used on any
additional sites that the LA Group designates to broadcast the Ronco
infomercials, and Entertainment Boulevard will also share in revenues
from sales generated by these sites.

Dan Fasano, President of LA Group, Inc said "We look forward to
providing Entertainment Boulevard with many more infomercials. I look
at this alliance with a premier content provider like Entertainment
Boulevard as just the beginning for developing the largest infomercial
destination on the web. The Ronco website has continued to show a
steady increase in revenues. With alliances such as the Entertainment
Boulevard the growth potential maybe significant."

Ronco Inventions is a leading marketer of products via direct response
television. Starting in the 1950s, its owner, Ron Popeil, pioneered the
sale of products through 800 numbers advertised on television with such
items as the Veg-O-Matic, Mr. Microphone, and Buttoneer. Since then
Ronco has sold millions of units (totaling hundreds of millions of
dollars), including the Ronco Electric Food Dehydrator, Popeil
Automatic Pasta Maker, and their latest success story: the Showtime
Rotisserie & BBQ. Currently, Showtime is the hottest selling kitchen
product in the United States.

"E-commerce is generating a huge percentage of revenues on the Internet,
" said Stephen Brown, CEO, Entertainment Boulevard. "Our streaming
video alliances aid us in making Netfomercial the forerunner in the
on-line infomercial business." Entertainment Boulevard, Inc. was
founded in 1997 by former music industry executive Stephen Brown. The
firmAEs flagship site, Vidnet, is the most comprehensive interactive
music video channel on the web. The Los Angeles-based firmAEs mandate
of Internet global expansion includes the launch of new websites under
the umbrella of EntertainmentBlvd.com. The award-winning site has
consistently generated increased consumer traffic to its network of
websites and currently receives more than one million hits daily.

Forward looking statements in this press release are made pursuant to
the "Safe Harbor" provisions of the Private Securities Litigation
Reform Act of 1995. Investors are cautioned that such forward looking
statements involve risks and uncertainties, including, without
limitation, the continued popularity of the Company's websites and
product orders stemming therefrom, increased levels of competition,

HAS - take another look at HAS. I just skimmed through the 1000 page 10K and they make just
about any toy you can name. I mean EVERYTHING.... pretty impressive. Revs, earnings and assets are up,
and there is big stuff on the horizon....

Check it out:

"In 1999, the Company will be launching a comprehensive range of action figures and accessories using
characters associated with Lucasfilms' STAR WARS: EPISODE 1: THE PHANTOM MENACE as well as the
G.I. JOE CLASSIC COLLECTION, celebrating the 35th birthday of this great American hero, ANIMORPHS
TRANSFORMERS, a line of NASCAR MICRO MACHINES and an extensive line of POKEMON toys and
collectibles."

Pokemon in itself is kinda signifigant, but Star Wars?????

Also:

"The new PBS television show, TELETUBBIES, inspired a line of products featuring the lovable quartet of
TINKY WINKY, DIPSY, LALA and PO. Included on a list of many new products being introduced during
1999 are the PLAYSKOOL KICK START GYM, SING 'N STRUM BARNEY and TELETUBBIES TUMMY
SURPRISE plush dolls."

As repugnant as they are, the Teletubbies are still hugely successful.

With earnings per share of $1.04, and the merchandising for what will likely be the biggest grossing motion
picture of all time, I'd say now is the time to buy (or soon). The only negative I see here is that it is near the 52
week high, but a look at the chart shows it moving pretty steadily upward (since Oct) - I see no reason for this
trend to reverse just yet...

(from a Squirrel post...)

i guess this is a stock you buy around .20 and get rid of at .30

Yeah, did that a couple of times. With all the accumulating that went on around .15-.16, the easy double is/was at 0.30.
