DJ: Jones Naughton Announces the Hiring of Veteran Hotel Executive as New
President of COMMUNITY MARQUEE; New Test Internet Kiosk Scheduled to Ship to
Travelodge in Macon, Georgia

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 8, 1999--

Former Days Inn Vice President of Franchise Operations,
James F. Cannon, On Board To Spearhead Accelerated
Kiosk Roll-out To National Hotel Chains

Joseph Naughton, Chairman of Jones Naughton Entertainment, Inc. (OTC BB:
JNNE - news) announced today that James F. Cannon of Atlanta, Georgia has
been hired as the new president of the COMMUNITY MARQUEE Division.
Mr. Cannon has over thirty years of experience in the hospitality, lodging
and food and beverage industry. A graduate of Cornell University with a
Bachelor's of Science degree in Business and Food Technology, Mr. Cannon
brings to Jones Naughton stellar credentials in the hotel chain industry. He
is an eleven-year veteran of the Days Inn organization, serving as Vice
President of Franchise Operations.
Mr. Cannon's past experience includes senior level executive positions with
Columbia Sussex Corporation, Inc. (a Holiday Inn Franchise Group),
Econolodge (Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH)) and Country
Hearth Inns (a division of BuckHead America, Inc., (NASDAQ: BUCK)). Mr.
Cannon's extensive network of contacts in the national hotel industry will
be an invaluable asset in maximizing the roll-out of the Internet kiosk
business.
"We are very pleased to have an industry professional of Jim's caliber
joining Jones Naughton," stated Joseph Naughton, Chairman, Jones Naughton
Entertainment. "His enthusiastic support of the Internet kiosk concept
should provide a significant endorsement of the future potential of the
COMMUNITY MARQUEE business model," concluded Mr. Naughton.
"The timing is perfect for the Internet kiosk business," stated Mr. Cannon.
"The national hotel chains that are catering to business travelers and
family vacationers are extremely receptive to the internet kiosk concept.
Adding advertising revenue on top of the usage fees should make each unit
extremely profitable early on," concluded Mr. Cannon.
Mr. Cannon announced the COMMUNITY MARQUEE's new Beta Test Internet kiosk
will be installed at the TRAVELODGE in Macon, GA by the end of the month.
Gary Cross, CEO of Cross Country Ventures, Inc. has enthusiastically
endorsed the placement of the kiosk and Jones Naughton looks forward to
successfully working with the Travelodge Hotel Group.
In related developments, Jones Naughton announced that it has filed a
Supplemental Complaint with the San Bernardino County Court adding
additional allegations against Amerinet Financial Systems, Inc. These new
claims are based upon Amerinet's recent shareholder's meeting which
authorized new shares to be issued and a merger of Amerinet into a
wholly-owned subsidiary of a newly formed Delaware Corporation; actions
which Jones Naughton believes are extremely detrimental to shareholder
value. The management of Jones Naughton intends to aggressively pursue these
claims to compensate Jones Naughton for the economic harm incurred as the
result of the actions of Amerinet and its representatives.

Chris,

I noticed that SPIN hasn't budged and is still (as you posted earlier in the morning) 12.5 x 27.0 cents. He seems to be the reason why we haven't gone beyond 27 cents.

Just my thoughts.

Cheers, Rory.
