Yes.. but they're already trading in the low end of their recent price range - based on when BII was at $6.00ish. The $43mm is based on the current share price and would probably represent $.30 per share. If BII does climb to say $50, on the NAS listing and/or more takeover rumours, we're talking about a $.60 per share windfall. I figure based on recent trends and the BII thing there's probably $2.00 per share up for grabs on a very short term basis.

So, like I said, if you're nervous of BII at $31-$32, RCI might represent a way to get in on some of the action with minimal downside risk. Just a thought.
