LOL! You do not even realize the pile of manure youre stepping in here. Let us not delve into the intricacies of philosophy of law and debate what is and is not justifiable law. From what source exactly does the World Court derive its legal power? What source does the UN tap for its legal power? What is the source of justified law on the national scale? What *is* law? Let us not start dragging up HLA Hart, Dworkin, and Feinberg here...
