Yep, it's yours !! The 10-16 well licensed to Berkley is to be drilled from the same surface location\lease (in 11-16) that Esso drilled the 2-21 discovery well from.

This multi-million dollar development well suggests (rather strongly I'd say) that Esso and BKP believe their own reserve numbers !!! Perhaps your juniors will show some action now. Also, do not forget that it is the intention of BEA\STF et al to drill yet another development well into the same structure (at a location just 1 mile east in Section 15). That license still has not been approved by the AEUB due to "resident objections". I'm sure that matter will soon be resolved.

Also, I understand that it is "resident objections" that is causing the delay with Esso's tie-in \ production of the discovery well.
