Look, I can explain it all to you.
We all have stories of "I bought it so it went down". I can tell you honestly that EVERY SINGLE time I have bought ORCL, or ORCL calls, the g-d stock takes a tumble. Well, ORCL has been in a decline from (pre-split) 55 EVER SINCE I bought more. There is not one doubt in my mind that it will come back, since all my stocks do, and ORCL has before (bought last year at 30). I am not worried. It's just the market trying to play tricks on me.....

Now, as far as the real #'s and technical stuff go....ORCL is as solid as a rock. I wouldn't have bought it if I wasn't sure. They did miss earnings (in reality) last quarter by a penny. But I don't see that as a negative. It should have been expected (though I doubt it was by many - not even me). ORCL will bounce back up nicely to $47 or so over the next 4 months.

119% is not too high. ORCL went up from $20 to $60 within five months before the split. Percentage? My calculator shows 200%!!!
