Dear Michael, The situation is still evolving. I announced the resignation perhaps a little early, as it was publicly announced even before the YARC staff were told. There are two ways to look at a glass, half empty and half full. Changes in management are always an opportunity to fine tune the operations so as to overcome weaknesses that have become apparent in that area of the organization. At the same time the Corporation always seeks a degree of continuity. Dr Jeppesen is a significant shareholder (almost a million shares) and has no desire to harm the company. At the same time he wishes to pursue a career as a Consultant. As the situation evolves I will keep everybody up to date. Sincerely, Trevor Marshall.
