It will never happen! Larson is just too "full of himself" to even consider getting bought out by some bigger fish. HE wants to be the big fish...he HAD the opportunity to do it, but he blew it...!!! :-) He let his ego (and his stinginess!!!) get the way...

Knowing him he'd rather have the company self-destruct before he would even consider selling the company and admit defeat...

Best thing to do at this point (since you still own the stock) is to pretend this stock doesn't exist for a while and hope that by mid to late next year when this whole Y2K thing blows over that NETA will recover...

AT: I don't think Larson should step down, The CFO, what's-his-name, should!!! He deals with the finances...he did the math. He had direct impact on playing the numbers game...and he SHOULD take resposibility for his screw up!!!
