The contract fell through between a buyer and the seller for my "dream house", and it came on the market again. I swore, cross my heart and hope to die that if I got the house, I'd never post on SI again. Silly, I know, but I had to stick with it. Our contract was accepted, but when we had the home inspection, a lot of problems surfaced, and the seller wouldn't correct them, so we voided the contract, and here I am!
