J-R, here's what I think. Take everything with a grain of salt cause it's been said I act like a 6 year old, so if you don't like what I say, I'm gonna tell Mom on you!

Anyways:

1) The company will announce the approval of the application.
2) I do not know if they can hold back an announcement of approval for more than 48 hours. Anyways, why would you want to hold back. An announcement would only add fuel to the fire, sort of speak.
3) I would suspect that if the registration application was not approved that there would be a press release stating so. It would represent "substantial" information which the shareholders have a right to know.
4) Yes we are close to the 60 day period. However, there were minor adjustments in the registration filing that took place on March 30 and April 7. That may, and I say may, delay the approval slightly. Therefore, may the timeframe is 45 to 75 days. Who knows for sure.

Just my thoughts. Can anyone add anything to the discussion?
