I want to go back to talk about IDCN's venture in Alberta's Oil and Gas fields. I've been doing a fair bit of thinking about this and I've got a couple of thoughts:

1)Is IDCN turning into just a shell? With holdings in Oil and Gas, Garnet, Isaac's Harbour? I know they're talking spin-offs and new PubCo's, but they seem to be a 'collecting' pattern rather than a developing pattern which was not their implied direction as little as 4 weeks ago. What's going to be next? Interent commerence (ERRI)??

2)The last figures I saw only had IDCN with assets of 30 million. Are they not getting just a little too ambitious for a penny stock listed on the BB with limited resources? even if they spin-off these companies, it costs money to make money. Are the returns going to be there?

3)I'm slightly concerned about the direction taken to side with the First Nations groups for oil and gas and siesmic exploration work. Anyone from Western Canada, and BC in particular is only too AWARE of the ongoing cocerns and demands of native land claims. Due to overlapping claims, First Nation groups have already laid claim to over 100% of crown land in BC. What does this say about future exploration in these highly contentious areas?

4)I worked closely with the Tsuu Tini Band, just west of Calgary during oil exploration on their reserve. From their comments, they were particularly disillusioned the major oil companies. As someone had mentioned, the royalities and promised rewards never materialized to the extent promised. Maybe stepping in as a third party to determine, explore, map and potentially develop oil and gas reserves is therefore a good idea. But these negotiations can be very dicey and diplomacy is clearly needed. I hope Mr. Personality (Jeffery) doesn't plan to be involved.

Those are my thoughts. I guess I just took a look at the big picture and tried to figure out how we went from a tiny little BB mining stock with some promising areas to a still tiny little BB stock with some (I feel) larger than life ambitions.

Any comments?

Cheers

Greg
