It will be back, after the news of the bond deal is forgotten, and the revenue resumes, and good news flows, the stock will be back in the 20's. It will take time, but it will happen. And then there is still the anticipation of unknown and unexpected good news which could be icing on the cake, such as profitable acquisitions or even a buy out such as the rumored Penske deal. All in all, I guess I will wait. I chickened out when TECD (TechData) was rumored to be in such impossibly bad shape, and sold for a lose just a month ago. Look at TECD since then. You can't believe how the story can change quickly. BD is a huge and strong company caught in the valley of a temporary dip and it will have its chance to move up soon enough. Be patient. Remember, book is 18 per share, and even if you devalue that to 15 for some strange reason, you are still way undervalued. It will be back Barry
