SIEB breakout. . .thru high of 34 1/2. . .With 600k float, sky is the limit from here. 70 5/8 is 52 wk hi. EGRP, AMTD, JBOH all breaking out.

Unloaded aout 85 percent of TUNE and TUNEP for 1000 percent gain.
POSITION TRADING rules. Took positions in SIEB from 24 - 30.
