Good question-----!!!!!!

Answer:

Wyse continued to grow in volume with UCSI---UCSI's relationship is sound and solid with Wyse. The have excellent people and marketing and the results show.----at least with UCSI.

NCD is just now getting into the "channel" after mostly direct sales. They also have good people and marketing----last quarter we started to get larger orders and our people worked well with their sales. We are really just now (NCD and UCSI) learning each other. I'm happy with the progress and we have a long way to go.

IBM--UCSI relationship with IBM is starting to be very good and the sales are starting to show this----In the next few quarters I expect them to be pushing our other vendors for overall volume with UCSI.

Boundless is steady---What I mean by that is Boundless up till now has been more active in TEXT business and now have changed to a thin client approach. UCSI has been the leader in bringing thin clients to market. I think a few changes are necessary to get them rolling and I expressed my OPINION this week. They have excellent products but several things have to happen----and they are moving in that direction. I am comfortable at this point they will move forward and continue to be a major player.

This is the best I'm going to do---OK

Big "O"
