<<there are no upgrades because there's nothing left to upgrade Dell TO. >> The ANALysts could realize how much progress DELL is making and significantly raise their price targets. They also could crank out a few more STRONG BUY or SELECT LIST ratings....but, the bottom line is how does the big money interpret what they hear? The Funds are under pressure to outperform the market and for the moment many are riding a narrow group of stocks. Of course there is A LOT of new IRA money piling up at the FUND companies. It must deployed. It will be interesting to see what happens in the next few months. Regards, Scott
