LANDMARK COMMUNICATIONS, INC.

Corporate Profile – April 1999

LANDMARK COMMUNICATIONS, INC. (OTC:BB:LMKI) is an Internet Service Provider (ISP), offering small, medium, and large-sized businesses the lowest-cost entry level connection to the Internet via high speed DSL, the newest and fastest communications technology.

LANDMARK's proprietary product, DSL-2000, allows all businesses to participate in the full range of Internet services, including electronic commerce, telecommuting video, and voice transmission, a significant competitive advantage.

LANDMARK COMMUNICATIONS is customer-driven, providing subscribers 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week personal service. Partnership agreements with MobileNetics Corporation (http://www.mobilenetics.com), and Covad (NASDAQ:COVD), both leading telecommunications companies guarantee technical support and field service for near-perfect network reliability for LANDMARK'S growing infrastructure.

LANDMARK's business is distribution of high speed Internet access. Like all other ISPs, LANDMARK obtains its product from a National Service Provider (NSP) and re-sells it as an installation and service contract. Local ISPs have many advantages over NSPs and On-Line services through access to local subscribers to whom they can offer unlimited capacity, speed-of-light laser transmission.

LANDMARK COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES

LANDMARK Communications, Inc. provides high speed internet access through broadband high-speed data networks, an advanced information technology platform supporting enhanced data, voice and video communications. Broadband also affords "persistence," which like T-1 connection is dedicated always on net and instantly available to subscribers. LANDMARK also offers T-1 connections at extremely competitive prices.

LANDMARK COMMUNICATIONS EXPANSION

Published figures and projections about growth of the Internet vary, but agreement about rapid expansion is standard. A new study of the Internet telephony business by Killen & Associates, a telecommunications research and consultant group in Palo Alto, Ca. Forecasts an $8 Billion market by the year 2003 for providers of IP services offering voice, fax and video capabilities.

Recent mergers of telephone and cable companies, and acquisitions of Internet technology companies predict that broadband access is the future of the online world. LANDMARK Communications, which began its business activities in January, 1999 has already achieved a doubling of its monthly growth rate, with current subscribers and expects a cumulative gross run rate of 20 million run rate within one year.

CORPORATE BACKGROUND

LANDMARK Communications, Inc. was founded in 1998 by telecommunications pioneer William J. Kettle to participate in the explosive growth of Internet-related services. He is the President of LANDMARK and has previously owned and successfully operated other telephone service companies for more than 25 years. Maria Kettle, co-founder and Executive Vice President Sales, has been associated in executive capacities with Kettle communications companies for the last 25 years. Bryan Turbow, President of MobileNetics, will function as chief technical officer.

BUSINESS STRATEGY

LANDMARK intends to capitalize on the enormous public attention focused on the Internet by increasing its telemarketing sales and technical support staff, targeting its advertising to its core audience, and by providing the most efficient, lowest-cost high speed Internet service in its corridor.
