Mike,

Perhaps the average rest. or country club would fall into this range. But when you are talking about the Dallas and Ft. Worth convention centers and some of the restaurants named, and lets not forget Needless Markups(Neimans) that number will be much higher than $1000 per week. JMHO

I find it very hard to believe that any half decent restaurant would only order $100 of bread a week, if they paid .50 a loaf that would be 200 loafs, most half decent restaurants have that many customers a day, and we haven't even talked about pies, pastries, and rolls.
MDMI sells GOURMET BAKED GOODS they cater to UPSCALE ESTABLISHMENTS which most likely pay UPSCALE PRICES
