Wasn't he solely responsible for driving the Yugoslavian republics away, by removal of Autonomy and individual rights from Non-Serbs. Even though Yugoslavia was an illegal formation caused by the communist powers, it still could have survived peacefully, if it weren't for the slob, Milosevic's racist and self enriching policies. After the Croation Serbs managed to capture a large amount of Croation land, they were offered an honorable peace. They refused and, as you know, a civil war erupted. What ensued was an ugly massacre and bloodbath of the Serbs and resulted in large numbers of Serbs being forced out of Croatia. It was a terrible tragedy for the Serbs, but the blame has to be laid at the very wealthy feet of the slob, Milosevic.
