A wrapped up deal would be very nice, wouldn't it... Then I could sleep nights. Today, I was struck by what there is in option activity... Not a lot but what there is seems to be a few more buys than sells - in short term 20s (May and July). (although one person apparently sold a (read the number '1') Jan 2001 25. A REAL safe sale, I think.) More of note, it seems to me is that the volume of put activity has been close to zero for a long time - and there isn't any activity in April options to speak of. 9300 April 20s with a current value of 1/4 that will rapidly go to zero in the next few days unless our darlin' begins to move... Really wierd...
