A long time ago, someone might have said: "The rule of law only applies to lawful countries. Unlawful countries will never abide by the rule of law, they will only abide by the rule of force."

NATO has two choices, try to save over a million Kosovo refugees, or, abide by rules that only NATO has to follow, and let the Kosovo Albanians perish.

To the Kosovo Albanians, there might not be a tomorrow.

Regardless of what you say about the "rule of law", unlawful nations, run by greedy, unscrupulous criminals, such as the slob Milosevic, will still infest future populations with misery.
