They may have finally gotten approval from the FDA on their new cell machine.ISOLEX.

I'll take a stab at your question, if I may.

Sergio or someone more knowledgable than I may want to correct me if I'm off base.

The secondary offering at 5 is most likely a perfrerred stock offering that pays interest or some sort of perk for buying the stock. Dividends are normally the perk connected to perferred or the right to convert 1 perferred into x number of common at a certain price or date.

What a secondary offering does is provide working cash capital to a company for continued operations or the aquistion of some other co. If it is for working capital and the common is at 1+ I would guess that the co. is in trouble and need the cash to operate.
